Mr. Rahul Sangal has 10+ years of experience as a leader in managing HCM projects for several fortune 200 companies including CVS, JC Penny and Limited Brands International. He managed implementation of various customized Workforce Management solutions using Workbrain and Kronos which included modules for Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Budgeting, Analytics/Business Intelligence (using COGNOS), Attendance Control for companies like Winn-Dixie, Muvico, Mirant, Skywest, Bealls, CVS, Limited Brands etc. He also managed teams of consultants for companies like IBM, TCS etc. supporting long term enhancements and support based on Managed Services Model using onshore and offshore resources to service various Fortune 200 clients in HCM space. He worked as a Solutions Consultant at Workbrain implementing Workforce Management Solutions for companies in Retail, Energy and Transportation verticals.
He holds MBA in International Business, Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (where he conducted research on Performance Analysis of Transmission control protocol over low earth orbit satellite communication systems), , and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication. He was among a team of engineers who were awarded patent for ground breaking technology for system and method for providing traffic information using operational data of a wireless network. Currently he is focused on helping top tier consulting companies like IBM and TCS manage HCM projects for various fortune 500 clients.
